i didn't try it since then. i suspect it's either the length (1h+, though i think it would tell me if it was the length) or bitrate/fps/whatever being tacky because i just used a console utility to make a video w/ static image from mp3, and it's failry complicated and has the most inaccesible documentation imaginable so i probably fucked something up (the video plays fine on my computer though)
