I'm pretty sure that's bugged, you can't possibly do 10 clicks in a second I feel. Even then, it's kind of habit.

You can do 10 clicks in a second, you cant do it for full duration of match. In rts games apm spike in chart can go crazy like 700/800 at peak.

And yes, its a bug.

Let's download replay and figure if it's bugged or not.

Simple explaination. They use this command which let's them just hold down the mouse and it will permanently click extremely fast until they release the their rightclick.

clearly they have michael skills with that apm thats why they won

You can do a mouse macro for continous right clicking (or any other action). Maybe they found a use for it?

Starcraft pros have 300-400 apm Per match allways,sometimes Even more. They can get to 800 in fights,So yea,it s posible

contiunous right clicking is useful for rune stealing and eul-astral-snowball etc. combos

so right clicking on ground would be counted as apm? i doubt that, i would have 1k+ apm
and centering hero wouldnt be counted either cuz i spam it too

i don't remember what exactly counts as apm, but dotabuff admins posted it once

RIght clicking the ground is counted as a "move" command in most games including this one so it probably does count towards apm. Back to starcraft- they have Ridiculous APM.
