OK so if you want serious answer, i would say < 3k. You would probably do better with a clean new account than this, as I suppose you fucked up the earlier games back in 2013. I got to very high skill with Riki + Dagon EB Refresher build in my 4th game (edit: actually 5th lel) in a new smurf.
I doubt you would progress as far with the account mentioned, though.

Played them for fun, I don't find myself to be comfortable with continuous stress of tryharding in ranked/normal. So, bots.
I'm doing well in games other than bots too, don't worry.
