Convince your local tech-wise guy with a shady reputation (we all know one of those) to exclusively cut off Internet from your sister's laptop.
Just go to your sister's labtop and limit the maximum download rate of her internet?
Set it to like 5 mbps so she can handle normal browsing and watching videos but at the same time the bottleneck prevents her from robbing you of your ping.

hi, I'm wondering if there is any program or something to prevent my sister steal internet for me,
is so annoying when i'm playing ranked and she starts downloading videos and sh*t (torrents).
If I use the cable (from the modem) is the same
there's any solution? (breaking sister's laptop isn't an answer)
