The only thing that changed was the re-arm by 0.25 seconds or something idk if that did anything to the hero.
he seems op.
i culdnt finish a drow game pre 20 min and if he was any good i would've lost.
ended up wqinning in 50+ min fucking hero

The re-arm is actually a bigger buff than you think, considering they didn't change the mana cost on it either. He also got indirect buffs since many of his counters mid got nerfed. On the other hand they buffed batrider

Yeah, he's good. Right now he just got first banned in BSJ, Merlini, ect stream if that means anything, which it probably doesn't. XD
Him and SF didn't even get touched (besides the rearm buff) less competition, and if this meta is any early team fight than it used to be, that means tinker will have plenty of time to grab some boots of travel if he's having a rough start.
