Useless?
dude ogre can blast anyone just by pure skill, and with that armor up like that what are you gonna do to stop a monster that wins lottery tickets all the time?
high armor kinda gices him a possibility to zone out enemy offlaner by easily trading hits with him, but this armor doesnt rly change much in how strong this hero is in the mid- and lategame.
