Just make other new acc and meet with them like they dont know who the hell you're. How about that. Or you can change your name and hide your mmr
You can turn off to receive "help" from other players in a match (at least you could in Source 1, never tried in Reborn). This way they should not be able to cast Nightmare or Imprisonment on you.

I play as viper. And toxic player chose bane and OD. In early stage our team doing great and i know we can win this. And those madafaka stupid toxic player use they own ability to all teammate. Bane use nightmare and OD use his second skill. Thing geting worst went they give enemy devine repier. I very mad on them. They just have one more rex left. And they just fuck this thing up. In the end our team lose. Any suggestion from the pro
