1st tiny with agha no. it just increase range of ranged heroes. tiny no matter he can hit how far melee is melee
2nd i don't know in spirit form, but in normal it is no.
it probably works every time you're ranged, meaning it should work with ranged troll, metamorphosis tb and ult dk, but not otherwise.
Dragon lance on dk is situationally amazing, but you will get flamed hard for doing it. Justification is the stats on it are cheap and great for dk anyway, then the range in ult lets you chase down anyone.
Dragon Lance would be perfect on DK if he had any use for the quarterstaff. Since he doesn't, it's mostly good on heroes that get bkb/aghs and butterfly/orchid.
Just keep the lance all game, it'll be over before you are 6 slotted. Lance, ac, bkb, treads, one more big item like silver edge daedulus mkb satanic and games done.

I don't know if it's core on sniper, he needs a lot of other items to compete and his range is already super long.
dragon lance TA is not nesseceraly bad.
On enchantress it can basically be a substitute for agha, i'm really not sure if agha is worth it at this point over lance
aghs does basically the same thing as dragon lance - if slightly better. you wouldn't get aghs before dragon lance because it's less gold efficient but there's no reason why you can't get both.
moon shard aghs dragon lance enchantress is a real cancer, you need bkb blink shit to deal with that, and that's only provided she hasn't already started attacking you
Luna perhaps. I feel like the shorter your range is, the bigger the impact the 130 extra is going to have. Just having a decent early boost in HP for your first item can mean a lot though. Does it increase the range of Split Shot or Flak Cannon?

Played a game as AM today versus that shit, fucking obnoxious. Untouchable basically negates a moonshard worth of attack speed. She basically forced me to make bkb in order to even have a chance killing her. Magnus + AM too stronk tho
I mean she could really be OP. She has a stun(Cent,troll, althougb it requires micro, but ez), a pretty powerful heal, can gank early, with 1 item she already becomes pretty damn good, has a pure fucking damage steroid based on range and 2 fucking items that improve her range. And guess what it's not even an UAM. Also Untouchable, which is cancerous for right click carries
I mean, besides the fact that she has no flashfarm, enchantress seems to be a really good pos 1. I guess she is rather squishy to magic damage, but with dragon lance, aghs you already have a good amount of HP and then you can go AC, Skadi etc.
A boots, dragon lance, aghs, skadi, AC, satanic, moonshard sounds pretty although you will probably replace dragon lance with bkb if needed
bkb is almost worthless against ench. u get abyssal so you can kill her 100 to 0 before she can do anything. untouchable is strongest early game because going to 20 attack speed (lowest attainable attack speed) makes ur attacks take 5x your BAT to land, so ur dps is basically 0 since finishing your attack animation will let ench hit you several times forcing you to back off before you even start your attack anyway. when you get more attack speed (from manta and leveling up) the effects of untouchable are less, relative to your dps without the attack speed slow.
and if untouchable's attack speed slow is a problem then you get dps items to counteract the loss in dps such as butterfly which will also help with dodging impetus which bkb has no effect on. you don't pop bkb every time you go on an ench just like how you don't pop bkb because a lich has ice armoured himself.
if bkb is needed so that you can get to ench who's in the backline, that's fine, but that's not the same as saying "get bkb to counteract -130 attack speed"
^You get a BKB because in fights, if you start attacking enchantress once you'll have shit attack speed for a while. You have to take enchantress out first if she's the main damage dealer, and believe me, if you just let her survive, she'll deal a ton of fucking damage, so the solution is to pretty much take her off the backline immediately, then her team won't have a heal and a huge dps output from a range, kinda the same thing with sniper, head shot's gonna fuck you as well though less reliably (except sniper has no heal).
