Unless there's something specific you can ask, this forum doesn't help you at all.
But with a winrate at 56%, if you just keep playing you will literally see an increase in MMR.
The issue is that we don't know what you need to work on specifically.
A lot of my issues, I don't even notice because I'm not aware of them. I have to have people much better than me either watch replays or watch me play a game.
I recommend watching Purge's replay commentaries and stuff. I watched a 2k WR coaching game and picked up some solid information on certain things some 2k players do wrong.

How can I find purge's replays?
Go to youtube and search for purge dota and subscrube to his channel, watch his videos. He talks about stuff and analyses the games and talks about what u can do. Good for improving. Also i just wrote aa long post in another how do i git gud thread check it may help

I caibrated my mmr after I played around 300 - 500 games . 2 weeks ago I started to play my solo mmr again (after 6 months or more without playing any mmr games). Can anyone help me to describe what kinds of things I need to improve, so that I can climb my mmr faster. Thanks.
