Your are losing points because your Division is getting worse = you are losing mmr or you are playing with a party stack (that average mmr is lower than your solo mmr)
But I havent been doing either, ive been gaining mmr..? so my division should be going up? right? or was 4k like pro teir?
and Division is not about mmr. I know the 6700 mmr points guy, and he's playin ranked in Diamond 9

Over the last month I have not played much. All my heroes moved up from Platinum 1 and 2 to Platinum 3 and 4 without playing them.
I guess everyone else got worse while I did nothing.
Division seems to have quite big impact on ranking. I played a game of Terrorblade for the first time in a while a few weeks back and the ranking was 3800~ and in platinum 3. Played him against just yesterday and he went up to 4009 and was in platinum 5 (won 21, lost 16 and abandoned 2 games in between).
