First thing: Don't make the mistake I did and calibrate your MMR right when you unlock it. That will end up with you in 1.5k.
But really the only way to get out of normal skill is to win significantly more than you lose.
You really just have to get experience that comes with playing the game.
It would also help for you to expand your hero pool.
And if you haven't read it, Purge's guide "Welcome to dota, you suck" is a really great guide.
Normal Skill is sick of you as well, don't worry.
I can't believe people actually smurf and still end up in NS with 50% winrate. How the fuck does that happen?
