When I get in a match I immediately type "Death" and lock pic on mid. Let them fight over who needs to ask for a gank first.

pick what is needed or random, besides i dont find +/- 300rating significant enough to care. Maybe if it was 6/7k game with 1/2k rating spread, but probably even then id rather random or go roaming support
