If you can't pick up farm he's a piece of shit late game because Q is crap past laning/ganking stage.
AW has no stuns, no reliable slows, no reliable nukes, no useful buffs. This hero is not a support by any chance.
I think it's pretty good and honestly provides a lot of utility. You are also able to zone and harass the offlaner quite effectively even if there are 2 of them. Obviously this hero is probably stronger as a core, but I don't think placing it as a support is just some laughable thing.
AW' only slow is as reliable as a s low could theorically be, and AW supp is pretty fine, if u r planning to have some sort of lategame. very weak against early 5 man push strats though.
Ehhh I think he would be a greedy support since midas is noramlly built on him and it is soo good,and he would be able to farm utility items very fast once midas is built.
It is theoretically good, and probably good for people who know what they are doing, but

pretty much this. He's not going to zone out a lane for you as a safe laner, his ganking depends on heroes not being by creeps, etc. And most players just won't do it right. I'd stay away.

I've played that hero in every possible position before. From offlane to cliff jungling, so yes I know what I'm writing lol.
^yepp probably at most sppt for a while in lane then go midas as 4th pos -> necrobook etc
