The only thing which stacks is the damage, and a single veil is worth 3 aether lenses in terms of damage.
Remove 2 aether lens, put blink dagger and veil of discord
Remove another lens, put octarine
Remove another one, put agha/refresher/guinsoo/bloodstone/shivas
Now you're fine.
