Skill 1 - Strafe + Searing Arrows
Skill 2 - Ball Lightning + Slow
Skill 3 - Razor's Ulti but permanent
Skill 4 - Aphotic Shield + Knockback
Not saying it's a bad concept but the ulti is weak, exactly why aphotic shield is not his ulti. And other skills seem like ripoffs.
