The skill bracket means very little in dotabuff & yasp. It is an average of the MMRs (hidden or ranked) of all the players in a match. High skill starts at 3.2k MMR, and Very High skill starts at 3.7k MMR. Outside of ranked games, every player also has a hidden MMR for both solo and party. Since you said you fluctuate between HS and VHS, your hidden solo MMR is likely 3.5k ~ 3.7k. Keep in mind that normal games have more variance than ranked games; but the only way to consistently get into VHS is to win games.

i'm stuck in high skill bracket,
My 1st - 2nd match = Normal skill, 3rd-4th match = high skill, 5th-7th match= Very high skill
but after it turns into high skill , until now
is there any advice how to reach VHS again , i always do my best in every match, getting good KDA, supporting etc
what should i do ?
