I usually use all my reports to report my friends in party so when I'm soloing I have no report to report ppl
If its only my opinion only, then how about "sending report requires you to take a screenshot as evidence"?
There's no point of making report system if eventually ends up worthless. Every game will give more fun if this report system works isnt it?
evidence? how many reports are submitted daily, in your opinion? and how many people u need to hire to check this "evidence"? also, as far as i remember, valve clearly stated that the report system involves a certain allowed random deviation, so that you are getting punished after a certain amount of claims, and 1-2 reports that u get accidently are never counted. As a result, you only get punished if you are consistently pissing people off, and I dont see any need to use evidence instead of minimum threshold here.
How many reports do you need to get to actually go to low priority? I've had 7 on my report card before and not gone. I only end up in low priority for abandoning.
I was once reported by 5 man in a single game .1 from the enemy because I play spectre and he hates it and another 4 report by my teammate because I haunt the wrong target and caused game losing teamfight.
5 report in a single game and still not placed to LP. Then the threshold doesnt work, isnt it?
And we surely need the report system to works because Dota is just getting even more toxic as the mmr increase.
I wonder if the threshold for report is exist, it should be lower ( may be like 5), so that when we talk kindly "stop being rude or people will start to report and mute" they wont answer "I dont give a fuck".

I'm not report spammer who send report just because a player is "stupid" , noob, or something like those useless thing.
I usually only send report if necessary when someone talks really rude and yelling the whole game talking about our carry is stupid and noob, even actually he only steal rune accidentally. Even my report on someone who pick NP and feed the whole game because my teammate picked invoker, etc.
I think I already use these limited reports carefully and tried my best to not report without with brainless reason :).
Things like an IO teleported teammate to isolated area just because he failed mid. Nature prophet uses sprout on teammate to make him die, etc. They deserve Low Priority games because surely no one wants to play with them, I already put messages on 80% reports I sent, and it has been a few months since the las report taken into action.
