All pick is p cancer by nature.
If ever bans comes, they should be made PRE-game, with a vote system check for the ban of each player inside the game.
And it also shouldn't allow you to ban the same hero more than 5 time out of 10 games (good on you if on the 5 game you couldn't try to ban it, majority of people banned it)

Everyone agrees that the one good thing about all pick being unavailable was the meta-stomp heroes were no longer in every game.
They should just let all the players in the game vote on which heroes to ban and the top 4 get banned.
