What is the new skill build, the range on astral is so bad.

He's a better late game hero and dragon lance and hurricane pike are strong items right now?

actually the mid ods seem to level up astral first lately

but do you get a value point in orb and aura, or skip one of them altogether?

Astral is good, it clears a whole lane lvl 4 until 25 minutes, it makes him farm faster.

I've seen this hero very little so I think "back" is maybe slightly exaggerating?
The skill build I saw streamers do was
0-4-3-0 into 1-4-4-0
Iirc they skipped blink also, but I'd have trouble playing OD without blink personally

hero is retardedly good against a lot of the meta heros. timbersaw, void, etc. hes a ranged ursa warrior in lane and if u have save on ur team (oracle et sd dazzle omni etc) he survives the initiation and owns. makes offlaners useless. insanely stupid with ogre or beastmaster aura. really really good hero in general.

@KR, Do you still lane him mid, or is he more of a safelaner now?

safelanes preferable considering how hard he dumps on safelaners. heroes like sandking, timbersaw, batrider, tide, etc cant show up to the lane at all or they just get murdered.

i thought od had mana issues but he really doesnt because of the int steal on orb, 2-0-1 lets him zone pretty freely, sure its not 100% sustainable but he just has to resource trade favorably and he has supports with him early on. retard base armor, movespeed, attack range, and hp as well, drums-hpike is usually ur build and when u hit that timing ur like the strongest hero in the game if ur lineups good. od needs a lot of the right heros around him tho since he wants some sustain/defensive support and some pushing hero and some ias buff kinda hero around him

Od counters timber morphing, od does well against slark.

I'm more concerned as to why Invoker is down 0.99% than OD is up 0.91%.

you cann't max orb first, you need a mana pool of 1600 to sustain lvl 4 orbs. so you are forced to play with astral anyway. which is the spell who call lvl 1 (for self) or lvl 4 to touch som1 that is not you

There is a hero who is similar to invoker, but he is more fun, more op, has higher skill cap,and u can brag more while destroying with him

Maybe that's why invoker's pick rate went down.

arc warden isnt a skillful hero at all. people win with him cuz the other team doesnt know what his abilities do.
