No it's shit. When you jungle in pub you go stout tango salve and rush morbid mask. Depending on how low your hp is you can go for one more camp and suicide to get a ring of protection for extra safety, suicide right away or go to base and go rosh after.
stout tango salve? You don't get quelling blade? Though since it only takes your base damage into consideration, it would likely not do much to begin with anyway.
Its actually really good for any jungling melee hero. Before 2:00 you could clear a hard camp and a med camp then chip off the respawning hardcamp before dying and buying items
Why would you even need to deal a lot of dmg?what matters is killing the creeps quickly right?
it doesnt help ursa that much, only against big creeps early game.
I use it when jungling coz only 1 reason it makes the killing faster thats it..
Yes it's not that effective coz ur right that it does not let u pile up dmg however the big creeps of brought to half can be killed faster and u take less dmg..
For example if u want better understanding go to lobby and start nc without talon and measure ur farm..
Now go with a talon and farm ull see a increase in ur farm and thats how i practiced and now use it.. not much differnce just about a min :) but sell it and u get a good chunk of money for ur smoke ur shield ur tp for ur rs

Is it actually good? It seems to be pretty counter intuitive because you depend on fury swipes for damage, and if you talon a creep, you'll not have enough time to stack up enough to deal a lot of damage to it, so is iron talon a waste, or do you use it on lower hp creeps, or something?
