razor, sf, and viper were all top notch mek carriers because of their tankability/death ball potential

but since the manacost nerf its fell out of favor, but dragon lance has since then replaced it for them

well maybe in a "team item into 5 man deathball push" sense hotd does replace mek, but in each of the heroes' respective item builds sense it replaces mek. you used to go aquila treads (wand) mek on most of them but now you go aquila treads (wand/raindrops) dragon lance

did u know i got like 2998 mmr way back before sniper troll jugg meta and then when that patch started i dropped to 2400 and gave up on solo ranked altogether for over a year xd

i legit thought (and still do) think that this game isnt fun at all unless youre playing with friends and i wasnt a competitive twat back then like i am now so i managed to live my life being an unskilled dota playor with over 3k hours xd

i think back the 6.88 farm --> fat --> win meta with sven and turtling was so popular, most lineups ran dual core lineups but the other core had comparatively more farm than the other, instead of near equal farm. generally it was just invo --> another core to farm like sven/tb/even am

what beastmaster was guaranteed single target lockdown. ult went through bkb, so did the boars ridiculous slow. now its kinda mellowed down but before it was cancer to be kited like a three legged tiger

the main idea of it tho, is that beastmaster allowed so much control. imagine putting 40 minutes of farm into one hero, doing your best to let him farm in peace. then some orphan with a pig and a bird makes that all go to waste
