it doesnt affect, but if you lsoe a lot, in 99.9% of cases it means u suck and perform poorly, which leads to lower mmr as a result
During calibration matches, win/loss has no effect at all. It is only due to how well you play your hero. Your stats, such as kills, assists, hero damage, healing and such are looked up on a databases for averages of each mmr for a specific hero, and you will be awarded mmr points accordingly.
it doesn't matter cuz if ur good u can get to 4k
