Jungle KOTL can get a pretty fast aghs from what I hear. Batrider can technically jungle from 1 if he goes firefly first but its really slow and its faster to lane till 2 (or 3) then go to jungle.

Cuz most junglers r shit. Tbh supports like underlord and kotl can just pull and stack and start jungling really early. Batrider is listed cuz he is the king of taking stacks as an offlaner, just 7-8 stacks of napalm and ez 5 stack.
