I thought so. I did not see it proc even once. I do not get the point of the Basher on Slardar at all. Needless to say, that team lost.
India server all random is full of bots and they calibrate 4k+ always then sold to Chinese and Russians mostly. They have started joining single draft too.
Then they go for random draft in thd phase.
1 from each side go to enemy's jungle and 4 go their own. Ending up with one guy feeding and 4 enjoying. They even end up as high as 4.5
as a spirit breaker spammer i really wish bashes stacked, but it would kinda be op.
thats why you get echo on these heroes.
I mean if you have vandguard and want to make abyssal I can see that situationally if you need bkb piercing disable and vanguard slardar is legit. But it's very situational like a silver edge riki.

I was spectating one of my friend's games the other day, and the enemy Slardar had built a Skull Basher. Mind you this was a 4.9 average game...
Pretty sure the Slardor was an account buyer...
Basher on Slardar just gives you stats and damage, right?
