Midas is just AA, phoenix, and invoker item (might forgot some but still, its shit on most heroes)
Dagger is only good if you're playing with a wombo combo team with your friends or with a reliable team, your retarded teammates usually won't be able to follow up your 3-4 man chronos and you won't have any damage to remove anyone if you buy dagger
BUT
When the time is right to buy dagger you won't be playing carry void anyway, but utility void with dagger agha lotus and shit
Instantly go diffusal after your linken/vlad to snowball yourself to victory with the power spike, void is NOT a farming hero, treat him like a slightly greedier ursa or axe, his lategame is not as good as he was in 6.85, so don't let the game drag long enough

skipping dagger on void? why do you consider it core anyways. its highly situational and mostly not worth it if you have atleast some kind of positioning skills

dagger can be good with come, otherwise, build tanky/dps items

I prefer to build something useful to survive with that gold Yasha / vanguard / and its almost the price of diffusal blade, is not worth to buy blink dagger.
