Need space to come online. Kinda like spectre, except he has slightly better laning phase, a little less teamfight presence, extremely hard to kill if you don't get burst down, and that ult is actually beastly if your team/opponent has a hero like juggernaut/tb/some random nonsense with high stats-based damage/mana burn/radiance/aura. Shotgun is always a huge annoyance.
280 mov speed, and weak when silenced.. i think he is the "op shit" that everyone says ONLY if given space a time enough... after all, e blade/linken is not for free
how about slark ? that hero is a good carry too can outplayed the enemy supports and killed them easily :)
Morph is probably the hero I wish I could play the most, but he is pretty easily countered to be considered the best carry. In the right situation he is amazing, but if they pick up underlord, silences, or mana burn you are pretty screwed.

sniper and sf easy kill and pa is hero dependant kill or farm for 30 min if she can't kill anyone if she can farm because there are sneeky anti jungles everywhere.

His burst is what makes him really amazing. To out damage other carries he has to go all agility which means he can be burst down. Typically morph wins vs other late game carries cus he two shots them out of bkb or his disablers protect him. 1v1 vs a ck or something I'd take ck
Any carry is a great carry if given enough space and if the player buys the correct items according to the game. There are power peaks for each hero, for example a Terrorblade after acquiring his ultimate can effectively solo kill two heroes if he is not locked down. Same with a Slark, after hitting level 6 and getting his ultimate, he can hunt down squishy heroes all around the map and cause havoc. Similarly, a Morphling also has its power peak, if he gets a really early Linken's Sphere, he can usually kill the supports rather easily and get his luxury items faster. But it also depends upon the items the players make on the hero. A Morphling with an E-Blade is useless against a tanky lineup with high magical resistance like Pudge, Axe, Huskar, Anti Mage, Ogre Magi and Dark Seer. In such a case, a shotgun Morph won't do shit, then it would be just really easy to kill the Morph. So, everything depends upon the condition of the game and the knowledge of the player.

IMO .I think morph is best carry . Becouse u can have big burst damage like shotgun and strong right click also dis hero have very good survivability . U almost can outplayed any carry hero if u mastered dis hero .and dis hero can be semi sup to with 4sec stunt this hero like swiss army knife for me . Wdt guys?
