    riki smoke screen AoE reduced

    buff beastmaster wild axes i think it is useless ability
    tusk buff ultimate to 450
    underlord firestorm damge rescaled
    AM increased str gain blink nerf to 6 sec at lvl 4
    TA traps extended vision
    venge weave damge incresed
    bounty ally track gold to 100
    lone druid bear root buffed (fucking myth to proc)
    lone druid bear base damge incresed to 40
    nyx aghs small nerf
    sf base damge armor and agility gain increased
    clink 1 and 3rd spell mana reduced
    oger base hp regen nerf
    rubick fade bolt damge increse
    rubick 1st spell cd rescaled for 22 to 22/18/15/12 or something like that
    qop base str increased
    qop scream of pain dmg increased
    qop shadow strike mana cost from 110 to 90
    od astral cd increased
    od limit int gain with orb
    visage massive buff or rework
    doom cd decreased
    doom agi gain increased
    aether lense cost increased
    manta deal less dmg
    linkens increased cd to 15
    abysall dmg increased to 25
    dragon lance and pike nerfed
    diffusal cd increased to 6 or less charges
    lotus orb cd reduced
    talon nerf when used removes 30% instead of 40%
    eblade needs a recipe costs around 200
    halberd cd reduced
    pike cd incresed to 20 just like force staff
    also would like to see some new aghs

        skill 3 - Move speed same, Attack Speed reduce + 30, Increase Total Hp or armor
        Skill 4 Same effect

        skill 2 Damage increase to 300, and ritual area make slow ms like 20 % and aspd 20, ritual complete still silence change to magic damage

        Skill 4 Thirst + increase damage aspd and ms

        Wraith King
        Skill 1 , Stun now - aspd 20 for the timer reduce damage like 100
        Skill 2 Like Satanic can be cast on friend, When cast effect vampire aura gone to 1 hero have cooldown 100 s
        skill 3 rework, Wraithking Have a chance to increase aspd movement and make enemy -armor like 10
        Skill 4. Can Be active to slow like WK Death but if cast cooldow, the passive effect is gone

        Nechropos
        Skill 3 Sadist now Increase armor and total Hp and mana, For a short thime rather than regen HP and mana
        Skill 1 Now change to pure damage, and give regen instead of heal
        Skill4 , Anybody effect on reaper increase damage taken by 10%/20%/30%

        Treant Protector
        skill 4 Now silence a enemy
        Skill 1 Now global like skill 3

        Rikimaru
        Skill 1 Now Affect Allies except for riki Buff for friend and enemy is same. Slow like 35 % per lvl and Miss chance chance to half but now -aspd too)
        Skill 2 Blink to behind and Slow Turn rate like 70 % for 1 s And No bonus damage
        Skill 3 Same
        Skill 4 Rework now have a base damage 300,500,600 and total hit per level 3,5,6

        Shadow Shaman
        Increase MS and Range attack
        Skill 1 now slow enemy for 20 % for 1 s
        skill 2 Same
        Skill 3 Increase cast range to 1000 but damage 0
        Skill 4 Same

        Techies
        Now damage Normal Increase
        Skill 3 like Rudal Gyro take damage and slow
        Skill 1 now have replenish time and can throw to enemy Damage 200 can 1/2/3/4 charge Replenish time 40 s
        skill 2. Now have replenish time and throw to enemy no damage can 1/2/3/4/ stun for 1 s no damage
        Ulti Same effect

        Leshrac
        Increase Base m.regen and hp regen
        Ulti now Increase Base Mana and still damage, Damage Change to Pure

        evy

          Dispersion rescaled into pure damage
          Dispersion reflects any damage before calculating damage reductions or resistance
          Disperson, spectral dagger, and desolate pierces through BKB
          Illusions now has dispersion
          Sacred relic costs 3200 gold
          Spectre now has aghanim scepter upgrade which allows her to jump on to any illusion

            Skill 2 Now Aoe Armor and cooldown for 20 second effect stiil same and tower have effect
            Skill 3 . same but now increase movement speed for lich for 20 s
            skill 4 Same but increase speed and bounce change to 6

            Abadon
            skill 1 not damage herself
            skill 2 anyone affect apotic shield increase ms too

            SF
            Now skill 3 increase base armor 2 per lvl
            Base damage and ms increase

            Razor
            Skill 3 increase magic resistance
            Skill 2 not stolen damage but stolen movement speed and attack speed

            Sladar
            Skill 1 not increase damage taken anymore but now use Hp or mana

            BristelBack
            Skill 1 now no need scepter but only 400 aoe
            Skill 2 same
            Skill 3 Back damage and side damage now same reduce 25 % damage
            Skill 4 Now increase movement speed and attack speed rather than damage

            Pudge
            skill 1 now damage how about a far target from pudge max damage still same 450
            Skill 2 Not damage pudge anymore but have a cooldownd aftre cast Reduce slow for 15 % for 5 second
            Skill 3 Increase total hp rather than magic resist

                    Qop , lesharc , gyro . Brewmaster , bristileback , lycan , np , nightstalker , pl , sf need various buffs
                    pudge rot , juggurnat ward , timber passive some sort of nerf

                    techies reworked to be a hero (something like making his bombs insta detonate and deal various effect on explosion but deal no damage Q:very low damage and heavy slow decay over time , W: silence and mini stun , E:fine as it is , R:bomb that grant 35% magic resistanse to his team and amplify their healing while doing the opposite to the opponents).

                    dooms's R no longer deal damage but no goes through linken's sphere.

                    rework shadow demon agha (make sadow poision a passive that used upon auto attacking lol ) lets start the era of mid demon.
                    rework ww agha (make the enemy can be damaged under effect od winter curs (pre nerf ww) ).
                    razor agha rework (now buff max drained attack on w from 210 to 400 also drain some attack speed overtime) i really hope all carries get an agha worth buying like mirana's,

                    lycan agha (i am lycan player so it may be broken) : increase his speed from 650 to 750 ,while shapeshifting lycan and all unit under his control will always crit (that may seems OP but it is just amplifying his dps by 135% comparing to sven's 300%)

                    juggernat agha buff (beside the same effects now juggernat will slow the enemy movement and attack speed by 25% for 1.5 second when he crit) make his agha worth outside 2k mmr

                    sven agha reworked (now while R is active sven is unstopabble (no root,slow) and while E is active he granted a phase movement) bkb alternative in some games and make him better late game after bkb falls off

                    storm spirit agha reworked (while storm is using ball lightnings he leaves behind him a trace of his Q every 250 unit) dunno if OP or not need storm spammer to confirm

                                just from my ns eyes I can see probably 2 for sure changes happening

                                Warlock golem stun duration being nerfed, and some sort of change with ogre. Both of which shouldn't be nerfed imo, but it's what happens in the 5k+ bracket that counts I guess

                                Also the cd on PA dagger is pretty obnoxious

                                  Techies needs a rework he's just not a hero anymore. Most of the time NS can fit into any draft, unobstructed vision is the ultimate counter to techies same with KoTL and BM.

                                        I hope they don't go too mad with the nerfs. Buffing the weaker heroes might be enough to stop the current string heroes being so strong. For example, buffing Lina, QOP and Leshrac would give more ways to deal with Timbersaw early and midgame which would mean he doesn't necessarily need such a big nerf.

                                        And can we make it so being Doomed is actually scary again? A while back if you got Doomed you were like "Well I'm screwed." Now when you get Doomed you're more like "Well this is mildly inconvenient" I mean the spell has such a long cooldown now, you may as well make it strong enough to warrant the cooldown.

                                          Balance the game around pubs, not competitive. Pros play Capt mode so they can ban whatever is bullshit. Let the vast majority of players enjoy the game without having to play against the same heroes every game.
