There is a balance behind dem overpowerness... it just like an overthrow with retarded hero mechanism... heroes abilites are based on popular memes. U really almost cannot click to cast on bloodseeker. Or u must face a giant plague ward...
There is something that obviously unbalanced af. Such as Dazzle with graves no cooldown. Pretty hard to counter this kind of hero. And also Sven with every shouting abilites.
