i played with 1 hand on my smurf and it dropped really fast.
so just make a new acc and play with 1 hand for like 10 games and you should be good

Easier and faster ways to drop my hidden rating somewhere around 3 digit mmr without getting reported. I tried intentional feeding it isn't helping.
