Arc warden is pretty much the perfect solo queue combo of splitpush, ganking, highground defense and carry power.

Only problem is being able to play arc warden well enough.

i always ethereal blade them when they are about to die and use my magical damage.

you are normal skill and call them noobs your just like them for me

He push really fast (ok he don't hit building so hard but still push the 3 lane really fast), he is able to punish any hero with bad positioning, and in late he is a monster too.

Arc isn't too bad to learn if you just go pure auto attack items at first; worst part is assigning a specific key (and memorizing it) to TD when it comes out because TAB kind of fails too much imo on this particular hero.

Imo Oracle and Earth Spirit were way more complex to play and get good with over just playing and being good at it like Arc can be. He's just that strong.

meepo can be 6 slotted at 30 and lvl 25 and <30 mins, take the entire base in about 45 seconds, solo rosh early, gank too easy, carry well until 40 mins
arc warden wont be 6 slotted by 30 but pushes like a god with just maelstrom, travels, defends highground ez, pushes highground, ganks well, one of the best late game carry

arc and meepo fit your 3 criteria but you're a ns shit so it wont matter if you pick them lul
