Edit : 1 single hit from normal creep will kill you, it's insane and very satisfying if you pass them

@Hook Just completed C&C: Red Alert 3 and Tiberium Wars and heading to play expansion Kanes Wraith, Id recommend that ones for the RTS genre, they are not resource heavy cause they are <2008, but look fantastic nonetheless! :)
For the RPG I would go trought Elder Scrolls series, see if you like any.

HOMEWORLD GAMES ARE AMAZING
Single player rts game with decent multiplayer and nice campaign. story is good. all parts 1, 2, shipwrecks of kharak. and the remastered version of homeworld 1 and 2 is also great.
Bioshock 1,2, and infinite - thinking about it, i have the torrents ready.
C&C: Red Alert 3 and Tiberium Wars - the last one i played ws C&C 3, didnt finish got bored at the start of the alien campaing.
Elder Scrolls series - Already played 2k hours of skyrim, when i pirated, never played after i bought the game, maybe gonna play oblivion, but i hate the char models and the world map geometry.
mafia and mafia 2 - mafia 1 is outdated as fuck, but already played those 2
witcher - already played w1 w2 and w3 until the big city, there my pc dies
Homeworld - tryed the remastered but it was too heavy for my pc, for some reason, but only on the last 2 missions
MW1 - good campaing, you do a lot to find 1 bad guy, MW2 - run around makarov, shoot a airport, and get betrayed by a US general that puts you on the blacklist, and take revenge, MW3 - Makarov, Makarov, everyone dies, and the focus on price is to much, price should have died by the hands of Makarov, he should be there with Yuri on the tower, and soap should go for revenge, the plot would be better that way.
shovel knight - i dont know never really liked plataformers

Skyrim, Witcher, Outlast, DS ( read about the controller thing, but it is totally worth it if you can get the controller), GTA V, DA:O (inquisition is pretty bad), Europa Universalis, Civ VI, Total War( the particular game in the series depends on your taste; just don't get shogun its pretty shit), Bioshock infinite( 1 is only ok, didn't play 2), Shadow of Mordor, Wolfenstein new order, Metro 2033/Last light ( get the redux, standard one have pathetic visuals), Metal Gear Solid V Phantom pain, Rise of the tomb raider, Thief, Shadow Warrior 2. Those are the only ones i can think of right now.

Maybe gonna play some paradox games, but eu4 is a shit storm of bad mechanics.
