I think it was just a bad luck on my side. And playing random draft ranked at 2 in the morning wasnt helping the isue. Dunno why they didnt play on africa or some shit. It happend on western europe server with 5k average mmr. Was just curius if I can report them somehere higher then just normal report. Both teames reported both of them, but what for? They only get a few games of low prio and then can continue with this shit.
