Axe is lineup dependent. U can throw sk or cent or slardar or ul or smth into just abt everygame and do fine. Of course im not an axe spammer and maybe there is a way to jungle him if getting rekt in lane, but then ur not a true offlaner? Idk, pick someone who is never bad, (e.g. ogre)
