Not sure why you care about hidden mmr but yes, winning/losing does affect it. Your performance in the past has been super inconsistent and it looks like you ended up in a bracket where you don't belong.
No you'll probably stay VHS because valve's algorithm is super weird, hidden MMR isn't ELO it's something else
