I think you should focus q/w/e. I usually level talent tree when I'm lvl 14 and 15 then 24 and 25

You just need the 2 summon and u good, lvl up ur qwe

CDR on Tornardo or Aoe Deafening Blast is better ?

^Depends on what you need.
Invoker w/ O-Core and CDR on Tornado makes 9 sec Tornadoes = Great for control.
AOE Deafening Blast is better against high DPS carries late game who have 5sec BKB.

Talents are usually lvled at 14-15.
If you are playing a Q/W Invoker, I would get the damage talent at lvl 10.
