if we apply reasoning, there s no way a 5k plaeyr would be anywhere near the top100 players on any hero in any case, either

Actually, quite opposite. There's like 10-25% of rankings occupied by Pro Division players, which never played heroes they are qualified for top 100 in tournament games. What kind of logic is this?

As Dotabuff Top 100 participant I'd like to ask why DB is counting non-tournament games in pub for professional division players?
It's kind of unfair, if they have professional bracket, they should increase games count ONLY in professional games, don't you think?
