Yup. Any disable that can disable a slippery enemy hero matters in a game. But what matters most of the chain stuns/disables. You can disable a hero for a minimum of 5-7 seconds if you do tha
if there is an enemy your carry cant kill by manfight (either because he is weaker or the enemy is slippery ) then you need as many stuns as possible to cover this
Amount of stuns is what's most important imo, because it allows you to use stuns one by one according to the threat level instead of just one big stun.
