Only negative I can see about it that it requires frequent cleaning.
I use the G910. It is pretty decent imo but i never had an other mecanical keyboard before so i can't compare it.
Any mechanical keyboard should do
If I have the money I'd probably buy Filco for the quality but if you're looking for the fanciness Corsair or Ducky would do
the blackwidow x chroma top plate isnt aluminium, i got mine rusted in 1.5 month, check the others
