axe preferably not first pick, your game will be very different if they get a dusa safelane instead of a jugg.
centaur and aba are probably the safest first pick.
I will first pick heroes offlane such as Pudge, Centaur, Undying, Timber, Axe, treant. First pick gets countered to shit and those are some that really dont have too many hard counters and can survive jungling if shit gets real bad.

Don't 1st pick weaver.... you will lose.... It's as simple as draftin multiple stuns or silences
idk good weavers can work around those things, linkens, bkb, positioning and his mobility. But axe is a gigantic piece of shit that is for sure, as are other blade mail heroes. Fought axe, lc, invoker and silencer all in the same game and it SUCKED. Still we should've won, team including myself badly misplayed a rosh attempt which gave them mid rax.
