I dunno but seeing that you're in NS skill bracket I'd suggest rushing your Aquila > Midas > Maelstrom > BoT then just punish them with splitpushing and sick farming patterns. Chances are, people in NS will respond too slow or will focus on other things like jungling rather than defending and punishing you for splitpushing. Once you get all those towers it will give your team a significant advantage to win.
For Invo, I suggest you go for the beginner/hitter type I guess. Go Phase > Orchid then go with a Quas-Wex build (go 2-1-2-1-2-1-2-2-2-2-3-2 etc.). It's a fairly easy way to play Invo as you just throw out tornado then drop an EMP then cold snap the opponent while silencing them. And if your team flames you for no combo just say that you're a hitter type and not nuker. GL m8 add me if you have any questions.

Challenge i guess? Also i found some heros that i never played before for various reasons, which i now really like to play. AA for example

Finish it now while your MMR is low then grind your MMR up as it's easier to complete the All Hero Challenge now than later. XD Just make sure you do it quick enough because when your friends find out that you completed it before getting a high MMR, that "honor" will be useless as it isn't really honorable. XD
well, im doing it in my 1k account and i still cant win with arc warden thats such a fail
i got like 7-winstreaks doing all hero challenge with tiny support and other dumb builds, but arc warden even tryharding no chance
