TA is good, if you split push well, take objectives, and most importantly, destroy the enemy ancient.

YUP YOU CAN WIN MMR BY DESTROYING THE ENEMY ANCIENT SO. I'M THINK IF I CAN SPAM THEM IN 1K LOL INVOKER IS SOO GOOD AT THIS META. AND TA SO HURT WHEN PUSHING.
Invoker is good in 1-3k but with higher levels of toxicity, you might not be able to focus more as Invoker receives a lot of flame. A lot of players don't really understand Invo and how he's played so sometimes it's 1v9. TA, however, is maybe better? But you'll have trouble because your dogshit team will fight with you over farm, delaying your blink and deso.
Only that no 1-3k is good at invoker
And u can deal with flaming using the mute function
If you can't build a 13-15 minute deso on TA on a lane you are dominating probably you're playing the hero wrong.
just dont let players get into you. for example, i got flamed and called a noob for not letting a suntrike go, but they didnt see i was getting dived at. i let it go, said im sorry, not that i wasnt paying attention, he is a beast, he has magic and can right click, right positioning and timing. well im just a 3k scrub. just saying
well actually i can get 14 minutes deso if i dont have a treads if i dont have maybe 12. I wont mute my teammates if they dont blame me, and most of the time I'm picking heroes that can push fast.
@Yukiko - lol maybe you haven't experienced good enemies or dogshit team then. Good enemies = realize that TA is a threat and will gank you. Dogshit team = steal your farm and feed the enemy team giving them a lead and map control.
^2 things you're quite wrong
1. I do get certain good enemies which know that I'm a threat, but I know how to deal with them. Of course I do get ganked, but I know how to deal with it. I already have a plan in mind once roamers/supports gank.
2. When I do get teammates which also need constant farm. I look for opportunities to farm the enemy jungle. It's a win-win for you and your team. Since you're getting the resources which supposedly belong to the enemy.

Please not invoker if you're not good at it, and spam tornado if you still want at least. In my 2k bracket most invoker only know how to use sunstrike and ghost walk and retreat faster than french, not even spam tornado, just straight teleport to the fountain in any occasion.
1-3k mmr doesn't have a good invoker? I'd like to contest that phrase good sir. I just played in a 3.9k average game last night (as a 3.1k mmr player myself), and happened to wreck an opposing (4k) SF mid.
Moment of the game was the play I created myself. Tornado into Sun Strike perfectly placed.

Yup. I've said it before and will say it again. 4k just makes fewer mistakes than 3k. Basically same thing. XD
As far as my opinion on the actual topic - TA is a more reliable win. Easier to flash farm and easier to burst down their team.
Invoker requires some co-ordination with your team and wards. TA doesn't really need either.
