Depends on how hard the lane I am going to face will be. It's just whether I get regen or not, and that's as a supp. As a core, usually the same crap and some regen unless the lane I go in will potentially be cancer.
usually as a ranged core u go 2 sets of regen and either slippers circlet and use bounty rune to finish wraith band, which will become Aquila, or u go 2 sets of regen and a circlet and 2 branches, get an extra branch if u want to use it with a tango, and use the bounty rune to finish wand.
as a melee core u go 2 sets of regen and 2 slippers and use the bounty rune for pms, or u go 2 sets of regen, stout, and a mango.
I roll a dice which I painted with useless starting items such as bottle first.
