Razor and Ursa are very obnoxious on lane. Viper as well. Versus Razor start with fucking Boots no matter what. Versus Viper if you manage to make good trades on levels 1 and 2 with Psi, you are gucci. Ember can be beaten, tho experienced Ember will demolish a new TA.
Overall you don't want to play versus hard cc, dots, mobility, high armor, Radiance, Halberd.
Bat is very annoying due to him fucking your turn rate, having two dots and a strong cc. DS also. Shell on some1 fucks you good and Surge = traps useless. He also builds shit like Mek, GG and Crimson.
Sven and WK are annoying also due to high DPS and stacking of armor items.
Slark is also problematic later on. Early he has to Shadow Dance asap or he dies.
Remember that Refraction gives TA both damage and block. Having skills that can remove it instantly will reduce her effectiveness. Most mid heroes will not possess the skills for this aside from Viper, which is why you often see TA with Desolator at 12 minute and then three-shot someone.
But in all honesty, TA has no innate mobility, nor good disables. Aside from the obvious Viper and Venomancer, heroes that give TA headache are Slark with Pounce, Shadow Shaman with Shackle and Mass Serpent Ward and Dark Seer with Ion Shell and Surge. Of course, once she gets BKB, there is not much you can do except pray you live until it wears off.
idk in my experience slark is pretty annoying later in the game
pudge isnt super great. he has shit armor and if you hook her she's just gonna kill you in 3 seconds. as a support though its not as bad
