well sven obviously win against jugg but a good jugg kill sven before he ult
If sven could surprise and initiate jugger (ULT>WC> BLINK OR SILVER EDGE> HIT> STUN>MOM>HIT>GG), sven would win, otherwhise depends on items and the player.
Jugg can push faster with ward, sven can get online faster due to cleave farm, both have great fighting ults, Sven gives great armor to everyone, Sven can be an initiator, Jugg is a samurai and has crits for dayz, Jugg has Arcana.

They are very different heroes. Sven is susceptible to kiting, has extremely high dmg output against entire team. Jug is more mobile, built in magic immunity plus omnislash lets him deal a ton of dmg without being cc'd or kited, more single target dmg built in with crit and very low bat. Sure sven with daedulus and ult up does a ton of single target too. Jug typically has room for an abyssal blade while sven doesn't so 1v1 I think jug wins, but both are good team fighters.
Sven has room for abyssal now, actually. He is nowhere near as slot restricted as he used to be, and you can build a ton of different shit on the hero now. He just isn't a typical abyssal carrier. And you have to wonder what your reasoning and timing for the abyssal would be, too.

Its not something like axe vs AM level of absurd, there are still a lot of room to outplay a sven as juggernaut

When u Talk about 1v1 scenario Sven can never even reach jugg, and if u Talk about about an actuall game Sven always needs his Team to get stuff done, otherwise He just gets kited until He dies. And jugg is not that Item depended than Sven, also diffu is Core Item and warcry purgeable. Jugg is the King of Pubs but with actual teamplay like stacking Camps etc. Sven is stronger.
