If I go for my CS I earn 5% more networth.
If I deny your CS I deny you from earning 10% more networth.
As long as you have MORE CS than them, it's better to go for denies (especially now that you get some EXP too).
If you have LESS CS then you should be going for your own last hits and not denies.
Generally you just want the CS anyway for a lot of other reasons. But denies over CS isn't completely dumb.
