The system i believe, whenever you get a winning streak, you will get matched with retards the next couple of games, therefore decreasing your mmr or retaining it, if you are good enough and can win the games that were not meant to be won by you, your mmr will increase

Acording to dotabuff you played 51 solo ranked games in the last 3 months.
That's less the a game a day.
You also have a 58% win rate which tells your doing fine just need to play more solo ranked games.
Best way to improve is to watch better player stream, youtube videos, in game maches, replays. Then put what you leant into practice over and over again till it becomes 2nd nature.
You need to play more if you want to grind mmr fast and the higher you go the more you need to dedicated to dota both to learn to be at said level and to stay compatative/consistent at said level.

Avoid tilting, play unranked or take a break when you believe your tilting.
Play a small hero pool in ranked ( heros you know you're good with and have proven to do well with). Ie learn heros in unranked.
If you think that your team holds you back all the time, you're definitely wrong and will cause you to lose more games.

Just started taking the game more serious and stopped playing heroes I am not good at. Simple as that tbh
yung BSJ has it right. develop a pool of 3 or so heroes you are good at or that are good at a given role, and just play them.
It's like a career or educational path, as you get higher, you'll most likely need to specialize to progress. When you get high enough, you can do what you want.
