Anyways, if they build it, pretty sure it's not for the regen but the magic reduction.
But need to see what games it was built on. Still, I can see it making early farming easier, and enough to survive early-mid bursts.

It means u take less dmg from ur own pact when farming

Well slarks suffers a lot from magic dmg. Especially if these magic skills are AoE skills (like lina dragon slave, tiny avalance). Most of the time in the fights you dont want to trigger your ult at the beginning. You wait to take some dmg so your ult can heal you up. But a nicely timed avalance, followed by a dragon slave can put you down before you can make a use of your ult.

But i wouldnt go for that build. Only if they really have a lot of magic dmg. And if thats the case it only costs about 1700g, which is not that much.
