I have always played in USEast (I'm from southamerica, not peru lol) but since the last 3 weeks the game's been unplayable, high ping and packet loss.
I've done everything from my side and my ISP is fine as I talked to them. Also my internet works fine with everything else and pingtests to other sites and server in the US give me low ping and no packet loss.
