As someone who plays in 4 man parties pretty often when we cant find a 5th, I've very rarely had a problem with the random 5th, or reported him. Also it only counts 1 report per party, so even if all 4 of them report you it will only count as 1.

I think 4 man party is sucks because sometimes they think they're godly shit. Because they can give you 4 report and EZ low prio.
