Some people are just bad but there's always a "git gud" option...
Try playing heroes which can be helpful for your team(or just use your brain in draft phase to pick heroes who for e.g. can wombo-combo with your team mates and counter pick the enemy)
Also, it's a good idea if you're trying to grind MMR to spam a certain number of heroes(3-5)
